Connect Google Search Console
- Open SEOview Settings, choose Add a service, then select Google Search Console.
- Enter a name for the connection, choose Connect Google account, and review the requested permissions on Google's sign-in screen. SEOview never needs your Google password.
- Use an account with access to at least one Search Console property. SEOview can only display properties that account can access.
SEOview requests read-only Search Console access to display reports and uses your email to identify the connected account. It cannot change your properties. If a property is missing, check your account's access in Google Search Console. If Google or your organization's administrator blocks authorization, that restriction must be resolved before connecting.
Disconnect or revoke Google access
In SEOview Settings, select the connected service and choose Disconnect. This removes its saved credential, account entry, and associated cached queries. It does not revoke Google authorization, and credentials held by the operating system or Google sign-in may remain.
To revoke authorization, open your Google Account's third-party connections, select SEOview, and remove its access. Disconnect in SEOview too if you want its saved connection and cached reports removed. Revoking access alone does not delete local reports.
Report a problem safely
Include your device model, operating system and app version, the steps that led to the problem, and any error message. You may include a screenshot after hiding account details and private site data. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or refresh tokens. Support does not need access to your Google account.
